1) Unless otherwise specified, the following terms appear in this page has the meaning:

ii) "You" means our customer placing the order
2) All the prices qutoed are in United States Dollar.
3) Refund (Money Back) Policy
We do not accept refund request for any reason. We believe that it is our fellow customers' responsibilities to check out all the details of the products before placing an order and we also believe that the warranty arrangement could effectively protect our customers.
4) Replacement Policy
We do not accept replacement (changing of a brand new product) request for any reason, as each iPod is packed perfectly by the manufacturer (meaning that every single product is brand new). In case of any problem with your iPod within the warranty period, we will help you to send your iPod for reparing service (For details, please see section 5 of this page)
Each product (iPod) is entitled with one year warranty counted from the date you receive the product. In case of any malfunctioning of the product, it is your responsibility to ship us back the product so that we can arrange the repairing service for you. You are responsible for the shipping costs encountered when you ship the iPod to us. The repaired iPod will ship back to you free of charge.
We do not guarantee that your product will be prefectly repaired and it is subjected to the repairing services provided by the manufacturer. We are acting as an intermediary bewteen you and the manufacturer in case of any warranty request.
6) Upon placing an order in the store, it is assumed that you have viewed and argee with all the terms and conditions stated in this page.
7) We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without any advance notification. It is your responsibility to check out this page regularly to obtain an updated version of terms and conditions.
